* Registration rate available to representatives from companies who are confirmed sponsors and exhibitors of the Meeting.

Registration Fee includes:

• Access to all conference sessions Sunday 27 - Wednesday 30 October
• Morning tea, lunches and afternoon teas as indicated in the program
• Ticket to the Welcome Function, Sunday 27 October
• Access to the Poster session on Monday 28 October
• Ticket to the Gala Dinner, Tuesday 29 October (only for sponsor registration)
• Access to exhibition
• Name badge and conference materials

Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon receipt of your online form and fees. 

Terms & Conditions 

• Full payment for registration fees must be received prior to Blood 2024.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
• If you did NOT tick ‘Privacy Required’ on the first page of the online registration form, it is assumed that you agree to have your details published in the list of participants.

 Cancellations: 

• Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company via email of the replacement delegate's name and contact details
• If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a refund less a cancellation fee of A$100 will be made, providing notification is received prior to 8 August 2024. Cancellations made after 8 August 2024 are non-refundable. 
• If, for reasons beyond the control of the Organising Committee, the meeting is cancelled, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
• By registering for the Meeting you are confirming consent for any video and photographs taken at the Meeting which you are in may be used by the Organising Committee in promotion of the Meeting.
