Blood 2024 Travel Assistance for Non Members

At the discretion of the Organising Committee, a small number of grants may be awarded to non-members to help cover part but not all of the annual meeting attendance expenses (at a maximum grants offered are AUD$2000). These awards are open to registrants from Australia and New Zealand and from abroad. The awards are co-funded by HSANZ, ANZSBT and THANZ. Awards are intended for those who demonstrate a need for financial assistance and for those who submit an abstract.

To be considered for the award you must:

• Not be eligible to become a member of HSANZ, ANZSBT, THANZ or BMTSAA
• Submit an abstract prior to 29 May and indicate application during submission
• Provide a covering letter to be emailed to blood@theconferencecompany.com before 29 May which indicated how the grant will be of assistance to you

Applicants will be notified in early August, confirmation of acceptance will be required by end of August or the applicant forfeits the grant. Applicants will be able to use the grant towards registration, flights and accommodation only - applicants must be able to self fund expenses over the grant amount.
